About Me
Hello, my name is David Starnes. I grew up in the isolated Yukon Territories, an area that can be
challenging for those who prefer indoor pursuits. This environment fostered my love for the outdoors,
leading me to pursue activities such as snowboarding, downhill skiing, and canoeing.
Despite my passion for the outdoors, I have always held a strong interest in music, arts, and traveling the
world since I was a young boy. My formal education in the arts includes three years of high school
photography classes, taken in an era before digital cameras were common and computer photo editing programs
became widely accessible to the general public.
Throughout my youth, I played several instruments and developed an interest in audio editing. I recorded my
own music using reel-to-reel technology—an older, traditional studio recording method—which provided a
valuable foundation for starting my YouTube channel in July 2020.
In 2020, I began utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing programs to create video clips.
Shortly after, I enrolled in an online Graphic Design course at ABM College, from which I graduated in 2022.
I learned a great deal thanks to my excellent instructor and now look forward to helping clients with
various needs, including logos, signs, business brochures, and video clips. I am optimistic about the future
of my creative endeavors.
